Booking and Refund Policy
- MJ luxury services need to have a notation after the customers have booked and paid that the dates are based on availability.
- If the travelers don't request the date, our services will propose the available dates and preferred accommodations.
- Travelers should deposit the amount only when dates are confirmed.
- Pay the full amount in 24hrs. It means you should leave no due amount after 24 hours.
- You must cancel 48 hours before the date with a non-refundable deposit clause.
- If the travelers cancel after 48 hours, the full cost of the trip will be non-refundable.
